Our Guarantee to You
Because we want you to be 100% satisfied, you can return your purchase(s) made at DansFitnessShop.nl within  14days. Special rules may apply to returns for customised (DancePole) products, see below. Please follow the instructions on your packing slip. All return packages must be shipped using the return label from the carrier or with some other form of traceable shipment. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments. 

Return Policy
You may return your DansFitnessShop.nl purchase (not for DancePoles!) within 14 days from receipt for a full refund or for exchange. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, DansFitnessShop.nl cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund. Clothing/Shoe returns can only be accepted if the original label/ hangtag has not been removed.

DancePoles
Our DancePoles are created just for you. That means we cannot accept returns, execpt for manufacturing defects. If you have questions regarding defective returns for DancePoles purchase Online at DansFitnessShop.nl, please contact us through the contactform at our website or e-mail our Customer Service team.

Damaged or Defective Products
We throughly test all our products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.
Returned products are inspected by us and refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products, including the shipping cost.
If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product is returned to you.
We do not refund products:
* Obtained from a source other than DansFitnessShop.nl 
* Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)

Return Instructions for non-customised products
To return a product, please follow the instructions below:
* Make sure you pack the item in its original packaging including the original and attached labels/hangtags in the case of clothing/Shoe items. 
* Include a copy or the opriginal invoice and write down the reason for return, and include it in your parcel. 

Return instructions for DancePoles
Because DancePole products are created just for you, we cannot accept returns, except for manufacturing defects. If your DancePole has a defect please contact us for return instructions through the contactform at our website or e-mail our Customer Service team.

Please use only Postal services for returning you parcel and send it postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
 
Refunds
The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control, although once we do receive your return we will process it as quickly as possible. We therefore need to allow at least 7 days to receive and process your return. Although DansFitnessShop.nl will refund the money within 2 days after processing your return, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund and for it to reach your account. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll refund the value of the product(s) total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
